The operational management of the business is undertaken by two `hands on’ directors, and whilst we have sensible business measures in place, these are geared around long terms aims, not short term benefits.
We use our extensive knowledge of the trade credit insurance and surety markets (and the markets for ancillary risks) so that we can provide the best available policy for your needs, and make sure it works for you when it should. We keep up to date with the latest developements and share knoweldge across our business.

We have a track record of successful claims negotiation, with a better than 95% satisfaction ratio on claims made.
